Job Title: APAC Regional Manager

Job Description:

Due to continued company growth, Lutronic is searching for a customer-centric and results driven Regional Manager for our APAC Region.

The Regional Manager is required to manage the overall sales effort across the APAC region. This position will also partner cross-functionally with post-sales and our services team. You will also be accountable for aligning corporate strategy to the region, while developing strong business networks across the region. 

Minimum Requirements/ Qualifications (Work experience, education, skills, competencies)

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related subject from four-year institution, MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Experience facilitating revenue growth through direct contact with customers and prospects, as well as field teams.
• Experience/track record growing a territory
• Strong leadership capabilities and relationship management skills
• Comfortable and proficient speaking and writing English
• Fluent and/or native speaking language in at least one of the following regions: North, East or South Asia.
